A non-refundable deposit of £360 is required to secure your place on the retreat. Once your deposit has been paid, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Your booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and you have accepted these Terms & Conditions via the Stripe payment system.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before June 1st, 2026, in accordance with your selected payment plan. If you choose to pay via instalments, all instalments must be paid in full, regardless of attendance. Failure to complete payments by the agreed date may result in forfeiture of your space, without refund.

All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment has been made, you may not initiate a chargeback or claim through your bank; doing so constitutes a breach of this agreement. In the event that you are unable to attend the retreat for any reason (including illness, injury, travel disruption, or change of circumstances), your payment will be forfeited.

TA Retreats does not cover flights, visas, or travel arrangements. You are solely responsible for your own travel insurance, which must include coverage for medical treatment, cancellations, and personal belongings. TA Retreats is not liable for flight cancellations, delays, missed connections, or additional costs incurred by the participant.

If you have purchased the VIP package which includes coaching or personalised program design, this is also strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances due to the time, effort, and resources invested in creating and delivering your individualised coaching program. By signing up for the VIP package, you acknowledge that the services are bespoke and commence immediately upon booking, therefore they are exempt from any cooling-off period.

TA Retreats reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the retreat itinerary due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, while maintaining the quality and integrity of the experience. In the unlikely event that TA Retreats cancels the retreat entirely, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund.

You acknowledge that participation in retreat activities (such as fitness sessions, excursions, yoga, or Muay Thai) involves a level of physical exertion and inherent risk. By attending, you accept full responsibility for your own health, safety, and wellbeing during the retreat. TA Retreats, its founders, partners, and instructors are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during your travel or stay.

This contract is legally binding. By submitting any payment (deposit or instalment) through Stripe or other payment systems, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. Payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final once processed.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By completing payment, you acknowledge that: - You have read and understood the terms in this contract. - You are entering into a legally binding agreement with TA Retreats. - You accept that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
